Chi Ching Ching Signed to The Edge Agency

One of Dancehall’s most recognized dancers and personality, Chi Ching Ching is in celebration mode! Having just signed to The Edge Agency, and receiving his US work visa, the artist is optimistic and upbeat about 2012.

“This is the best way to close out the year,” said Ching via phone from his home in Kingston. “I have some new music that will be touching the road, some new dances to roll out for the dancers and lots of appearances and shows coming up so 2012 is something the music fraternity should look forward to. Ching will be in a city near you!”

The iconic dancer rose to prominence in recent years, when he became the most popular dancer & slang artist in Jamaica’s famed street party circuit. Attending events such as Dutty Fridaze, Passa Passa and Weddy Weddy, Ching was one of the highlights of the night because of his unique dance choreography. Becoming a recording artist was an extension of his natural creativity.

“We’re pleased to have Ching as a part of our roster” said Rahim Visram of The Edge Agency. "Ching has a lot to offer during an appearance; from slangs, to dances and most importantly a growing catalog of quality songs. He's a great entertainer and now it’s time to bring that to the Dancehall fans across North America and the World! Ching has amazing talent!"

Ching would like to extend his sincere thanks to the US government for granting him the ability to work in the U.S.
